House Progress

I haven't had much time to post anything on the blog lately because I have been spending all day almost everyday working on the house. It is starting to really look good. We have been doing lots of painting peeling off wallpaper and working on the kitchen. We have Kamryns bathroom almost finished and the Kamryn's room and the office are almost done painting just a few touch ups and all the trim needs painting. Yesterday I spent the day scrapping the texture off the ceiling in the kitchen to get it prepared for the texture guy to come a texture the walls. Shawn is off today so he is sanding off the bottom texture on the walls in the living and dining room. For some reason the previous owners had two kinds of texture on the walls. The bottom half on the walls is a completely different texture than the top. So we have to sand it down for it to be textured. We bought our cabinets and thanks to both of our parents we have all new appliances as well! Thanks Nannie & Grandpa & Naw & Pappee.. We are so excited as our house is being transformed before our eyes. We are so blessed with such great family and friends for all the help the have given to us!
